Colorproof will verify your purchase and send you a shipping label via email to return the unused portion in its original packaging along with the receipt. Once received, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling). The cost of the return shipping label provided will be deducted from your refund. If the original order had an initial shipping fee, that original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 4 – 5 business days to process your return.
