Return Policy:

Colorproof products are guaranteed to provide unsurpassed color protection or your money back. If within 30 days of the date of purchase (60 days for Biorepair), you have been exclusively using one of our products and are not satisfied with the performance, we will provide you with a full refund so long as there’s at least 50% of the product remaining.

Please follow the return instructions below:

Send an email to info@colorproof.com. On subject line, please write your order number and return request. Colorproof will verify your purchase and send you a shipping label via email to return the unused portion in its original packaging along with the receipt. Once received, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling). The cost of the return shipping label provided will be deducted from your refund. If the original order had an initial shipping fee, that original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 4 – 5 business days to process your return.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
